- Providing details of pre and post conference tours and summaries of conference reports.

We offer expert advice on your banqueting arrangements.., theme functions.., etc. We can suggest sponsors for your conference’s luncheon and dinner receptions. We will assist in the selecting of venues and menus, and organise decorations and entertainment for these functions.

AMI THAI will set up hospitality desks at the conference venue to assist delegates with their travel arrangements.., make bookings for local sightseeing excursions pre and post conference tours., and handle flight reconfirmations and reservations.
